degraded email deliverability

I got the same on two sites. I added the domains via DNS but that didn’t help. And we can’t contact the support team because it’s just for paid customers?

I got a response- they said I had complaints from subscribers (which is odd since my subscribers all must confirm they want to get the emails). This may be a technique to attack the site from trolls (?) In any case, they suggested the following:

In the meantime, you can still use the plugin, however, you’ll need to change the sending method to “Other” instead of “MailPoet Sending Service” in the MailPoet > Settings > Send With… tab.

Thanks for sharing your experience back in the forms. It is always hard to know why subscribers would end up marking an email as spam.
