Definitely the best theme with the best support

This is a review that I truly feel the need to write, also to apologize to the Kadence support team, as I was very caught up by anxiety last year, and now I really don’t think they deserved my previous reviews.

So I want to write what I truly think about Kadence.

Obviously, you will feel challenged using it at first, especially if you come from platforms like Flothemes where everything could be done graphically in a different way, but with obvious disadvantages in terms of SEO performance. Instead, you won’t have any SEO issues with Kadence.

Indeed, I had made a transition from Flothemes to Kadence with a plugin that allowed for optimizing the time for restyling, but I had never realized that by doing so, many tables remained nested in the database that were continuously in autocall on the server, making constant requests, especially in the backend. That’s why I was going so slowly, while the Kadence team would never have been able to understand the problem. I only discovered this recently thanks to my new website administrator who pointed out to me that there were these old Flothemes tables in my database that were sending continuous autocall requests, and the situation worsened with the calls from the SEO plugin.

I unfairly blamed Kadence when in reality they had done everything to help me, but no one could have ever understood what the problem was.

I would like this review to help those like me who switch to Kadence but uninstall their previous theme. If you experience slowness in the backend, you cannot blame Kadence as I did, because many tables will remain nested in your database, and if they are in autocall, they will continue to send requests to the server. So before blaming Kadence to cause a slow backend please think about what really cause the slow backend of your website. It can be tables of previous plugins or them nasted there, definitely not because of Kadence.

That said, I simply want to apologize to everyone in this Company. I’m sorry for getting overwhelmed with anxiety when I didn’t understand the problem, but believe me, it was really difficult to identify the cause.

I also want to add to anyone reading this: you should trust the support team. They are truly the best out there. You won’t find a support team as good and efficient anywhere else. They really care about you.

Finally, I think that Kadence is a very useful theme from an SEO perspective because, compared to many other themes, it has a really clean code and by the numerous features it offers will make your experience enjoyable.
