Define separate colors for backgrounds and text

I may be wrong but as Twenty Twenty-One theme uses add_theme_support('editor-color-palette', array()) function to setup the color palette, and there doesn’t appear to be any documentation in Gutenberg to choose a separate color palette for text and backgrounds … I believe this would come under Gutenberg support rather than theme support … so you may want to move your query to the Gutenberg support forum?
