Deferred loading of widget/Custom lists

    Congratulations for this plugin.

    I contact you with two questions:
    1) is it possible to defer completely loading of Newsletter Widget (e.g. by using a custom plugin)?
    2) it would be possible to create automatically a list for each post? By this way, users can subscribe to post updates.
