Defer parsing of javascript files stops slider of wptouch pro plugin

I like this plugin very much but it has a conflict with my wptouch pro Plugin mobile theme. Whenever I acticate the function “Defer parsing of javascript files” the js slider of my wptouch pro plugin mobile theme stops to work.
Is there a way to disable this function from the wptouchpro theme? Something like add remove_action or remove_filter in functions.php?
