you actually don’t have the same problem, as the gtmetrix recommendation on your screenshot is “minify JavaScript” claiming the autoptimized JS can be compressed 1% more ?? the reason for that is AO (and the JS minify component AO uses) does not remove the “important comments” which contain the copyright notices.
