    * the gstatic one is external, so AO cannot help you there
    * jquery.js is excluded by default as a lot of plugins & themes require it to be loaded early, but you can try removing js/jquery/jquery.js from AO’s JS optimization exclusion list and test, maybe your site works without jquery being excluded
    * the inline JS can be easily aggregated as well (just tick the option), but there are potential pitfalls (cache size due to changing inline JS busting the cache) so by default inline JS is not aggregated
