defer js doesn't work anymore after update to 0.9.4

    same here, defer and async javascript isn′t working!

    It is also not combining two of my .js files, even though it did before.

    So it looks like W3TC is dead. So many bug reports and not even one response and no response to e-mail either. For a professional plugin that costs quiet some money really a joke.

    Going to switch to another caching plugin and a separate minify one. Cachify looks promising.
