Defer CSS loading, inline styles

Hello,

I’m using your Breeze cache plugin and I would like to do the following (which I think the plugin should have options for as standard given that it’s based off autoptimize anyway which has these options):

– Defer loading of the grouped & minified CSS file to before </body>
– Allow me to add inline styles.

Both of the above options will allow the user to effectively remove render blocking CSS from pages. Without these options, the plugin is sub-par.
