Hello guys, thank you for this free plugin.

I was having hard time trying to get my Domain Key for CUIC.cloud (LiteSpeed cache plugin option). I whitelisted these IPs inside Defender but still can’t get my key.

After some support from my hosting, they said that was because Defender. I got my key after that.

Would be great if you guys can test this out on your side and try fully activate, not only your domain key, but also the whole CDN service (for some reason I think that Defender was blocking this CNAME Verification, I don’t know)

Thank you for your awesome job on these plugins!

    Hi @tenebralyo

Sorry to hear you had this problem.

Had you disabled the entire plugin or just a specific module for example the 404 or login protection in order to get the key?

Hello, thank you for your attention.

To be completely honest, this was resolved by my hosting. So, I don’t know what exactly they have done in this case. All I know is that they said it was Defender.

I personally tried adding those IPs to the whitelist without success, then I quickly tried disabling Defender, still the same result, then I decided to ask for support.

Maybe was something inside my .htaccess that they manually cleared after disabling Defender?

I’m extremely interested in Defender, and possibly purchase it in the future, but I also love Cuic.cloud CDN. I want to make sure that these two are fully compatible. Thank you for your time!

    Hi @tenebralyo

    Thank you for the information.

I’ll pass this thread to our developers, so we can take a closer look at why this was happening.

However, I’m afraid we can’t give an estimated time to release a fix, as we will need to first try to replicate the issue to confirm any possible bug.

Since the hosting fixed the problem, I’m also making this thread as resolved, however, feel free to let us know if you need any further help or have any information.

    Best Regards
