I’m sorry to hear that you’ve experienced an issue while using Defender!
We haven’t received any reports related to compatibility or issues with WPML in recent times or any mentions of similar issues at all actually.
I’ve checked the site, including the Spanish version, however I wasn’t able to replicate the issue – there was no block when I was checking multiple pages.
Is Defender currently active on the site? If not, can you enable it or share the reason provided on the block page (there’s always a message stating why the block occurred).
Please also check in Defender >> Firewall >> Logs as you will find more information about the reasons for the blocks there. If that’s okay, please let us know what you see there regarding the blocks happening when visiting the Spanish version of the site.
Based on the logs, you can also check if the settings related to the stated reason are as they should be (maybe there’s something set there that’s too strict and changing the settings to less stricter ones will help).
