You may have an index.html file in the root directory that the server is reading instead of the index.php that WordPress uses.

The only thing in the root are the following folders:
logs
wordpress
wpadmin
wp-content
wp-includes

I am not seeing the index.html

The redirect appears to be from your host. Ask them about it.

It might be controlled by your .htaccess file.

Your domain still points to your domain registrar’s name servers. You need to change it to your host’s DNS. From which company did you buy hosting?
