Defaulting to ‘Locations not covered by your other zones’

    Hi there,

    For some reason the plug in has stopped working. It seems to be defaulting to the shipping zone labeled ‘Locations not covered by your other zones’. The zone has been set up for postcodes in regional areas we need to get custom quotes for shipping and they need to contact us.

    I have set shipping methods for the ACT (postcode 2600) but when I calculate shipping in the cart it doesn’t use the ACT shipping method but rather defaults to ‘Locations not covered by your other zones’

    Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?

    Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!

    I think I have worked it out – looks like one of my zones had a region within the zone set as well as postcodes. When I removed this it worked.

    I can’t believe it as I’ve been trying to fix this all morning. So sorry to bother you – really appreciate you getting onto this so quickly for me.
