Default WP Notification also sent

  • Hi,

    I realise this question has been asked already, but the solution is not working for me.

    I have a Notification triggered when the user requests a password reset. The notification is sent, but so too is the default WP notification.

    I have tried the “Manage Notification Emails” plugin (as suggested in another post), but when I turn off the user password reset notification, I can no longer request a password reset on the frontend. I am getting the message: “Password reset is not allowed for this user”.

    Is there a workable solution to this?

    Hi Ian,

    this feature is in works currently, but it cannot be added to the next release. It’s already late and we really want to update the plugin as soon as possible.

    I’ll make sure to test the scenario you point out!
