Default wp mails disappeared, shortcodes not working

    I set up a new mail, the shortcodes stiopped working, just displayed the shortcode text. So deleted the plugin, plugin template still there! Reinstalled wp core, still there! How do i get my email back to normal?

    Hi @jfkweb,
    Thanks for your message.

    You can delete the notifications and then empty the trash before deleting the plugin. Notifications won’t be deleted on unistallation of the plugin in case it’s being re-installed for some reason.

    With regards to your shortcodes not outputting the desired content, it sounds like a potential plugin or theme conflict to me, preventing the shortcodes from being rendered prior to the email being generated from the notification.
