Default WC checkout fields are showing on our checkout page

    WC Checkout Manager: 4.3

    I have this plug-in installed and activated and have been using it for a while. However, recently the default WC checkout field editor has appeared in my WC menu items and the default WC checkout fields are now showing on our checkout page, despite WC Checkout Manager plug-in still being active. As an added twist, some parts of the checkout form that were programmed in WC Checkout Manager (e.g. additional notes to customers) actually do show up at checkout. So it seems that both the default checkout editor and WC Checkout Manager now send info to the checkout form.
    Recently I had to briefly deactivate this plugin and then re-activate it. Could this be causing the problem?
