    Is there a way to set a default value on a filter set?

    If so can this value be set so that a value is always present, basically I want it so there is always one of four possible values selected.

    Also if I used the URL option, users can still deselect that filter. I need it so that at least one value is always selected.

    Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

    No only by the URL. Also, you can write some type of custom code to always add this particle to the URL no matter what. We recommend placing it in the last place and adding it as the last part of the URL with checking if it has been added already or not.
