Default Twitter Share incorrectly ordered

With the recent update, the twitter default text is no longer making sense. Here is an example:

https://example.com/example/ via @TwitterNametext=Post Title

The “text=Post Title” at the end needs to be corrected. It should go at the beginning of the share, without “text=”.
