Default Thumbnail View

Hi there,

I would like to use the “200×150” thumbnail size (or other custom size) setting as the default view for the users. I don’t want them to be able to set a different grid layout for the thumbnails. When a user visits the contest page, it shouldn’t load the grid with different thumbnails sizes and neither the 3 top “controls” that allows him to set a different grid order.
