Default theme; child theme

  • My sites health check tells me that I don’t have a default theme.
    I have Twenty Nineteen as an inactive theme for emergency purposes.

    What exactly does this plugin want in the way of a default theme?

    –Child themes
    It also complains about an inactive theme, that is a required theme for the active child theme.
