Default Text Color Issue

    My web site is https://appletechtalk.com. I am running a child theme of the Simple Catch theme.

    The default text color in the theme is a medium gray. After I enter my post content, I select all of the text and change the color to black. It then appears as black when I look at the post but when the post actually gets published, some or all of it reverts back to the gray. Even if I go back in an reset the text to black on the post screen, it publishes as gray.

    On this page I had selected all of the text and titles to be black but you will see, some of it published in gray. If I select a specific color for links (I use a dark red), that seems to work correctly but the black does not.

    Any ideas what is causing this and how I can fix it?

    sorry for the late reply but your problems seem to be fixed already?
    The texts are appearing black as you wanted and there seem to be no problem
