Default template replaced even when Email Customizer template is turned off

    Under Woo settings, I disabled all the custom templates (see screenshot). I only need the email customizer for the “review request” email, so those are the only two templates I kept. However, customer invoice template is still being replaced with the Email Customizer default look. How do I turn it off?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    The Invoice email, when being disabled, is displayed in the form of “Default Template” if there’s one available.

    We’re having a plan to build a new option in the plugin, which allows users to disable all templates for the email (the specific sample and the Default Template), or disable only the specific sample.
    However, this option is not available yet, and it’s planned to be integrated in the premium version only.
