• Hello,

First, thanks a lot for this amazing plugin.

Next, I’ve been having a lot of issues recently with Members and the GravityWiz support team too has a lot of reports of the same bug/issue.

The worst offender this days, is the way new roles are handled. When a plugin is updated or installed, Administrators do not have the right to use or access the new plugin settings/pages by default (roles are “unchecked” by default).

This is a pain and result in a lot of bug reports due to Members depriving administrators of the rights to use plugin seemingly randomly. Recently it happened to me with GravityForms Conversational Addon and with GravityWiz Code Chests.

Please fix this at least by adding a way to grant all rights by default for Administrators.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi @guilamu,

Thanks for reaching out Members Support Team!

Administrators should have access to all content without any issues. If you could tell in steps or share a screen recording of how to replicate the issue from my end so I can address that to dev team?

    Hello Omar,

    I bet they should!

How to reproduce the issue? I’m not 100% sure. I had it with both GravityWiz Code Chest and Gravity Forms Chained Select.

I guess you might wanna try to install those plugins and you’ll see the admin rights are “unticked” like that : https://imgur.com/a/5fBTtre

    Hi @guilamu,

I tried to check the plugins and looks like they’re paid plugins and I don’t have access for them. Maybe you can share a screen recording so I can check.

    Hello,

Code chest is free and available here: https://gravitywiz.com/gravity-forms-code-chest/

Here are the paid plugins: https://bluf.fr/s/ZxYqZnMZxqNPqmd

Please let me know when I can delete the paid plugins.

    Bests,
