Default State of Multi-List in Subscription Form

    Hi,

    I created a Subscription form and added the multi-list subscription feature. I would like to set one list as the default list but if I add checked in the text field myself it gets overwritten at saving. Could you please advice how to make one list per default checked.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    If I understand your concern, your contacts are not getting synced to the default list if they tick any checkbox, is that correct ?

    Even if the contacts selected any list in the form, they will be synced on the main list.

    No, this ist not my question/issue. I have a form with different newsletters tu subscribe and would like to set one of them as default. Please take a look at jobrelations.ch/stellenangebote to the area of “Mailservice abonnieren” How can I set one of the options to be pre-selected?

    Hi @albmes,

    Apologies for the delay.

    We apologize, but that feature is no longer available. However, you can create an Automation workflow that add the added contact in a specific list to another list.
