Default settings when new multisites created?

Hi guys,

Have set up wordpress multisite with domain mapping. On the initial site I have enabled various settings that I want to have over all sites such as removing “category” from the url, also the general layout and nav menu.

But when I create a new multisite it is like a blank Twentyten install and I have to go and manually change all these things again, is there any way to create new multisites so they at least begin with the default settings the same as my initial site?
