Default settings for role

    I’ve looked through the documentation and don’t see a way to populate default settings for a new role. For some reason the “Editor” role is missing from this WordPress project I’m managing and I need to give proper permissions to the SEO/advertising contractor. Does this sort of settings/permissions guide exist?
