DEFAULT sender name NOT WORKING

    Hello…
    So i been trying to change the default sender name but i can’t change it it always stay with the name of the email and i want an specific name….
    Can someone help with it?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    There is an account-wide FROM address that you can set in MailPoet settings: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/136-the-basics-tab

    However, the emails you created before can still hold your old FROM address. To fix it, you need to edit a specific email.
