Default Profile Pic Not Showing

    Still setting things up with the plugin, but so far so good.

    Title says it all. My default banner pic is showing up on new accounts, but the default profile pic isn’t – the photo box is empty. I did make sure to size the image file appropriately. Any suggestions? Thanks. – Mike

    Hello @mikeybayer,

    Could you please check this after disable the option “Enable Gravatar” from “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> general” in the dashboard.

    Let us know if you still face any issues.

    Thanks very much! I could have sworn I had already done that, but just did it again, and now the default pic seems to be appearing. Sorry for the dumb question, but thank you!
