    Hello

I need help with the product images on my Woocommerce shop. When opening ANY product page the first product image is not showing. I can see it if I hover with the mouse over…

This happens SOMETIMES on a Windows 10 laptop and ALWAYS on 2 different smartphones (Android with Chrome & IOS Safari).

The paradox is that the images are ALWAYS showing on an old laptop with Windows 7a installed.

I’ve tried to disable some plugins (e.g. the AMP – Accelerated Mobile Pages) but this doesn’t solve the issue.

If anybody is familiar and could help with a solution that would be great!

    Thank You

    Hi there,

I took a look at your site, and it appears that something is conflicting with WooCommerce here. To test, first, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

Let us know how this goes!

Thanks Ross for your detailed reply.

I’ve tried what you suggest on the staging site and installing storefront solved the images issue but created several other problems on the website. Now I’ve asked for help on the Neve support forum and I’m waiting for an answer, then I’ll let you know.

Thank you again for your advice, I really appreciated it!

    Hi Ross,

the Neve support forum found the way.

It was the Siteground optimizer plugin that overwrote the default CSS code from the theme. I tried before to disable all the plugins as you suggested, but for some reason it didn’t work.

    Thanks again!

Glad to hear you were able to find the source of that!

I’ll mark this thread as resolved for now and have a great day!
