Default Post Title in Connection Box

I’m trying to add a default title to the connection box rather than a blank input such as:

$post_title = date( 'Y-md-His', time() );

This way all the user has to do is press the button to add a new one and the naming convention is consistent.

I would like to be able to define this for each connection type and direction.

Has anyone done anything like this? Any ideas?
