Default Post Format – Status dont work by submitting post with user

HI

I use twenty twelve and will set up all post in the status format.
When i create a post with admin from the backend it alredy shows up the post format as status. This settings i set up in: Writing Settings – Default Post Format

But if a user (subscriber) creates a post from FRONTEND (Frontend Submitting) it does not apply the status Format? it creates the post as standard format.

Please help me to set up the post format to status for every user, regardless if the post is created from frontend or backend.
