• When the user requests the quote, WooCommerce marks a sale, so the sales analytics show all products as sales. It should be as “Pending Payment” instead (by default) and then, when the client pays, we should change the status to processing and completed. This issue makes the WooCommerce analytics useless. Any idea of how to set this up?

Something must be going wrong. The default status of a quote request for this plugin is ‘gplsquote-req’ and it is removed by the plugin from showing in the woocommrce reports (using a WooCommerce filter). Orders by that status are not supposed to show up in the reports as sales ( or anything else for that matter). I will run some tests and report back here if that is broken for some reason.

Ok ok… where can I find that screen so I can check?

the screen is the order edit in the admin ( top left ).

make sure option 5 is not checked.

but if you are using number 5, it is probably not a bad idea to have the option to turn the status into pending status (or custom status) so it does not count as a sale , like you suggested.

It worked but it’s a dead end. Why? The thing is that, when you disable option 5, the “new order” internal email is not sent. And the quote requested email sent to clients does not show the prices.

The image below is the quote request email not showing the price.

The other thing I have noticed is that, when option 5 is not selected, no matter what new status you give to the order, the emails corresponding to the new status are not sent. I have checked to see if they were enabled and everything is fine. But no emails are sent.
