Default pages won't install

  • Installed woocommerce 2.2.8. It’s not installing default pages like it always has:

    Shop
    Cart
    Checkout
    My Account

    I’ve tried to run the system status/tools/install pages but they aren’t installing. I’ve tried reinstalling, turning off all plugins, etc.

    any ideas? does it still install default pages or do we just use the shortcodes?
