    Dear Team,

Where can i get the default vendor pages – for example the vendor shop page, the vendor registration page, the vendor dashboard, the vendor list etc.

When i was using WCFM, these pages were automatically created and now after installing WC Vendors (Free) – i am just unable to find these pages.

Do i need to create them manually from scratch?

    Please help.

    Regards,

    Vaibhav

  • Hello,

If you were using WCFM you will need to completely reset your database before being able to use ours or any other marketplace plugin. That plugin leaves data all over the database that can cause conflicts with our plugins. Poorly written plugins cannot be cleanly removed.

When you first install our plugin it should prompt you to run the setup wizard. When you run the setup wizard these pages are created during this step. If you dismissed the setup wizard or haven’t run it yet then this is why the pages will not be created.

We do not have a separate registration page, we utilise the WooCommerce registration system on the my-account page. All other pages are created during the setup wizard.

You can either manually create the pages or re-run the setup wizard. WC Vendors > Settings. Then click on Help in the top left – Setup Wizard > Run setup wizard.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Thanks Jamie,

    I am on wordpress.com

just unable to launch the wizard. There is no help option seen in the settings.

Tried deleting and re installing the plug in – still didnt get any option.

    Is there another way?

    Hello,

I’d recommend reaching out to support and asking them to reset your database. WCFM is so poorly written that we cannot guarantee that you will not have conflicts.

The help tab should be under your login details.

Otherwise you can manually create the pages as per WC Vendors > Settings > Display – General

It lists all the pages you need and the required shortcodes.

    cheers,

    Jamie.
