• Hello,
I’m trying to set up Ultimate Member, but the default pages aren’t installed with the plug-in.

I have already deactivated all other plug-ins and have tried installing the UM multiple times and on various pages. It hasn’t changed on either one of the websites.

    Can you help? Thanks

  • Have you tried creating those pages manually (if they don’t exist) and adding the appropriate shortcode to each one?

Yes, I have tried that, but don’t see the option to do that for each one of the necessary pages. Or how do I set up the profile, account, etc. pages?

If the pages do not exist, you may create each one manually and insert the shortcode onto each form. Be sure to tell the plugin what the page title is for each page under the settings.

Are you able to create a fresh install of WP on your host to see if the install works on a fresh install and rule out a theme conflict?

    Thanks

That would mean that I would have to reinstall the entire page, right?

If so, I would hope that there is an easier way to do this, as I would rather not risk losing content, etc.

When you tried to reinstall UM did you just delete UM from your plugin list or run the uninstall process?
