Default option select problem.

Hi. I got a problem that first value of select,radio or other optional are not being read. Example I got an option of for radion button. Note: Required field
– AM
– PM
It does not read the AM and always comes with an error the the field is required even selected.
Also, on the conditional field. A field with required not showed but getting an error that is required.

Example on the screenshot. Company was under the Business Use.
