Default Number of Posts

  • I have 10 posts showing on my listings page although I have the default setup under settings.

    Changing the number of posts has no effect nor does entering 9 as the number of listings which should be displayed. I am experiencing this on both the installed theme as well as the default WordPress theme. Can you please review?
