Default New Multisite Property

Hi,

Each time a new site is added, the plugin will try to guess the default Property based on the website URL, if not found, will always default to first Property.

Is there some kind of hook or filter I can use to modify this process?

I would ideally want to set all new website to a specific property because our websites have to go through a few processes before we add analytics properties.

If you could perhaps point me to the relevant .php file, I could also try and find it myself and revert back here for other developers
