Hi there!

I’m really close to launching a WooCommerce website for a client, but lately I’ve been running into issues with the syncing of some variable products.

As shown in the attached screenshot above, several variable products are showing some values as missing, even though attribute mapping has been configured to set those values to a known variable and has successfully been applied to almost everything else in the store.

I’ve already tried manually syncing and removing the products both individually and as the whole feed from the connection test page, but so far have not found success in getting rid of the problem.

Below I have attached the store’s status report, but if there is anything else I should provide to troubleshoot, just let me know.

Thanks for reaching out! I see that you’re close to launch but hitting a roadblock with product syncing on Google for WooCommerce. It’s great that you’ve already tackled attribute mapping for most products successfully.

If you haven’t already, I’d suggest checking our guide on attribute mapping here which indicates how to map a specific attribute step-by-step, such as ‘color‘ depending on the ‘issue to resolve’: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-for-woocommerce/attribute-mapping/

As for the System Status Report, I see that everything looks in order with your WordPress environment and server setup. Both WooCommerce and WordPress are in their current versions, which is excellent.

Fortunately most products have respected the manual attribute mapping so far, and I have used both of the aforementioned guides to get to this point.

What struck me as odd and the reason I’m reaching out, is that even though the “missing” attributes have been mapped to either the whole product catalog or the corresponding categories, for some reason some products are still showing as if their attributes hadn’t been applied in spite of being within the required conditions for attribute mapping to trigger.

For example, one of the issues that I’m dealing with is that some products don’t have a brand, but as shown in the screenshot, the same brand is supposed to apply to all existing and future products within the catalog, and the same can be said for other attributes such as Gender or Age Group.

Is there any way to force the plugin to recheck and apply the missing information?

I have exactly the same problem. Hopefully there is a solution.

“I have installed Flatsome for a client and now I am encountering a weird problem.

As soon as I add / alter attributes, shipping or shopping data to the site, the text changes into a coded version. Only visible in the back.

The shipping and attributes do not appear on the website
I cannot reproduce it at my own website. (checked the plugins and all)
I do see differences in the editor.

I cannot undo this. Do you recognize this problem?”

I understand the challenge you’re facing with attribute mapping, especially when some products aren’t displaying expected attributes like Brand, Gender, or Age Group.

After checking your SSR, I found that there are 4 pending scheduled actions. These actions were set for November 2, 2024, between 02:12:56 UTC and 07:45:15 UTC, but they appear to have passed without processing.

Could you please check if there are any failed and pending actions related to the Google for WooCommerce plugin? To do so, navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions. If you find any pending or failed actions, try running them manually to ensure all products sync as expected.

Additionally, you might find the free WP Crontrol plugin helpful. It’s a great tool for viewing, triggering, and troubleshooting Cron events.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, it would also be helpful to review your fatal error logs. You can find these under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

So far it seems that the scheduled actions were able to run successfully, and I went ahead and manually ran them rust now just to be on the safe side.

At the moment, the only fatal error happened a bit ago, but it was related to a different plugin from what I’m able to tell.
