Default Login (In the Menu)

How can i change the default Login (redirection) in the menu. I’d like to use a different Login redirection than the standard wordpress one and i can’t find the whereabouts of the file in which you hooked the redirection. Can you tell me the directory to the corresponding php file or a different way to change your default one. Where are the svgs/pngs located for the mark as favourite and comment functions?
