Default language is not working

  • I’m using polylang for my website in two languages, English and Japanese and I have put the Japanese as the default language.

    But only the site’s Japanese menu is loading, the articles displayed are the English ones. Any idea what might be the issue?

    I have cleared my cache etc but to no avail.
