Default language (English US) breaks plugins

    The default admin language is English (United States), when activated it breaks my theme/plugin (Divi):

    So I found that the option was missing the “value” attribute:

    When setting “English (UK)” (which has value “en_GB”) it works, so I guess that might be a problem
