Default lang isn’t assigned to already created CPT and Taxonomies

Hi Polylang team,

I’m the lead developer in the Ultimate Member plugin team and making the integration with your plugin.

When I checked my CPT and Taxonomies on this screen https://www.screencast.com/t/XV14eRaUVwV I get the ability to translate them. But default locale hasn’t been installed for them by default after saving these options.

For the CPT:

I see this screen https://www.screencast.com/t/EdauXy9Td1R7 languages are empty. When editing the post I see this screen https://www.screencast.com/t/D87mdQ1Jst and the default English. After clicking the Update button selected language is assigned. https://www.screencast.com/t/af3jW9Xqi

But if I have hundreds of posts I have to do it manually, maybe there is possible to assign the default if it hasn’t been appointed yet.

For the Taxonomies:
I cannot see all of my previously created terms https://www.screencast.com/t/Alu4ACY2
It looks like a bug because the pagination displays the proper number of items but no terms are displayed. The same thing here, maybe there is possible to assign the default language for old terms if it hasn’t been appointed yet.
