Default landing page issue – after login

I love being able to limit what users can do. I have employees who just process woocommerce orders, run reports and manage products. Was able to set all the permissions.

… however …
for some reason every time they log in they end up on the profile page.

Can it be forced for them to go to dashboard? Is there a permission I missed that would do that?
