Hiding the products from a certain group isn’t currently possible without some advanced coding. If you can use a solution which simply doesn’t allow some members to purchase certain products, you can derive a solution based on https://github.com/itthinx/groups-wc-purchasable – it does the opposite, i.e. certain products can only be purchased by users in a “Members” group for products that belong to a “Members” category, but the code can easily be adjusted to make products “unpurchasable” by users that belong in a group.
