Default/Global settings

Hi there,
Thanks for creating such a great plugin, it works perfect in my sites.
Just have a question, is there any way to change the default setting for PDF viewer?
For example, all the PDFs in my site should not been downloaded, i will have to set download=false for all the posts.
It will be wonderful if there is a global setting about those options.
