Default form showing on user page despite unique profile form

Hello,

I have followed the instructions on the Ultimate Member Support Page: Unique Profiles for Different User Roles.

My ‘default’ User Roles they, correctly, only display the default profile form.
My ‘specialised’ User Roles, display both the default form and the specialised form.

The specialised form has been selected as only for the specialised role, the default form is still listed as “global settings” (i.e. all user roles)

My short codes on the user page are:
[ultimatemember form_id=722][ultimatemember form_id=411]

(where: 722 is the specialised form and 411 is the default)

How do I make the default form not show for the specialised users
