Default fonts loading

    All my fonts started displaying the default versions. Its strange because in the Theme preview panels, the fonts are correct. Then when I hit save, it shows the default web fonts. Across the whole website on different pages.

    I can’t remember if this followed an update, or if it just happened randomly. The site has never had this problem in 6 years. I’ve tried a bunch of stuff:

    – cleared cache on different devices
    – cleared server cache
    – restarted server
    – saved the theme with the preview panel
    – checked the console. no errors
    – deactivated the theme, confirmed it was changed to “Twenty-one” default theme. and then re-activated
    – changed the font in the theme preview. saved it, but it won’t change the font. so i changed it back to the font that I’m trying to load. but its not loading.

    I am using Flatsome theme in case that’s relevant

    I could start disabling plugins, but not sure if that could be causing the issue.

    What else can I do to figure out what might be going on?

    before you start a conflict test with the plugins, I’d recommend getting in touch with Flatsome’s support.

    They might be able to help you further since this seems to be a theme-related issue.
