Default email in recipient field

Hey there. Is there a filter I can use to place my web store’s email address as the default “recipient” to receive the gift code?

I actually want to use this as a tip/donate product alongside regular gift cards (my audience is willing to donate to me without receiving anything, hence two product listings).

If that’s possible, that would be perfect! Something that I might be able to add into functions.php, perhaps? Thanks so much for your time.
