Default Duplicated Form tag

  • Hi,

    I am using CF7 skin to customize a long questionaire form. I found when I added a new form tag, for example, I created a dropdown (select) form tag A with 3 options. And than I added another dropdown (select) form tag B, with 2 options. After I click “done” in the editing field. I realized form tag A dynamically changed. The name and label for form tag A remained still but options all be the same as form tag B. I tried other form tag like radio and still got same problem. The form tag options always changed after editing and option values would be the same as my last editing form tag option.

    I tried to dragged a new form tag or duplicate from existing one, or event build a new form from scratch. None of them solve this problem. Any suggestion?

    P.S. I wraped all my form tag with OL>Li field, not sure this will affect or not?
